Sport activities

Doing sport is good for us. Some people find it gives them a chance to ’empty their head’ or to feel good in themselves. The efforts made also let us (re)gain our dignity and discover our own strength.

DoucheFLUX proposes sport activities several times a week: swimming, football, yoga… Accompanied by a professional, participants learn ‘hints and tips’ to play sports in a way that respects the body, taking into account everyone’s limits and capabilities.

A professional teacher also proposes a yoga session once a week.

Football
